Hey look! Our two pro GoHs are serious award-winners! This weekend Paolo Bacigalupi won (in a TIE) the Hugo for Best Novel with his debut novel The Wind-Up Girl, which also previously won the Locus for Best First Novel and the Nebula for Best Novel. And as a quick reminder, Cherie Priest won the Locus Best SF Novel for Boneshaker, as well as being nominated for the Hugo and the Nebula!
Tom Smith has been praised by such diverse folk as Lois McMaster Bujold, Larry Niven, Christine Lavin, Peter B. Gillis, and Dr. Demento. He has eighteen albums so far, and plans several more over the next few years. He has won fourteen Pegasus Awards for Excellence in Filking, written songs for video and movies, and has more projects right now than he actually has time to do, which apparently won't stop him.
Lisa Garrison Ragsdale has been active in fandom for more than a decade. Although she has a long list of accomplishments, she approaches life with a delight in discovery that gives her the aura of someone who is new to everything she comes to.

His short fiction been anthologized in various "Year's Best" collections of short science fiction and fantasy, nominated for two Nebula and four Hugo Awards, and won the Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award for best sf short story of the year.

Dr. Aubrey de Grey is a biomedical gerontologist based in Cambridge, UK, and is the Chief Science Officer of SENS Foundation, a California-based charity dedicated to combating the aging process. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Rejuvenation Research, the world's highest-impact peer-reviewed journal focused on intervention in aging.
